Coleen Rooney is looking fitter than ever and now we can reveal just how she maintains her svelte figure.
The mum-of-four has been hitting the gym hard to ensure she’s bikini ready for her next beach holiday and last week she shared a string of snaps showing her being put through her paces and confessed she was “aching” following her tough exercise classes.
But it’s not HIT classes or pounding the treadmill that’s helped her keep the pounds at bay. The 33-year-old posted that she had taken part in “back to back” yoga and Pilates reformer classes at Rise Fitness Studios in Liverpool, where Coleen is a “regular” face according to a source speaking to New magazine.

Rise describes the reformer session as a “challenging and intense workout” that consists of “controlled, flowing movements working your muscles through a full range of motion”.
It burns calories through a combination of body weight, springs and leverage with the aim of creating “a complete balance in full body postural strength, alignment, tone and mobility.”
Coleen has made no secret of her weight struggles in the past and admitted she finds it hard to motivate herself to go to the gym.
“I’m naturally curvy and short and there’s nothing I can do to make my legs longer, so I just have to work with what I’ve got and make the best of it,” she said. “I’ve never loved exercise, but I’ve always done it because I feel I have to.”
Coleen also credits her sons with 34-year-old hubby Wayne – Kai, 10, Klay, six, Kit, four, and Cass, 23 months – for helping her keep the pounds off.
“A lot of the weight has come off naturally and from running around after the kids,” Coleen said previously. “I try to eat healthily throughout the week, but at weekends I still like having a takeaway or going out for a meal, or having a few glasses of wine.”
No doubt Col will have relaxed her healthy eating regime to celebrate Kit’s fourth birthday this week. She and Wayne pulled out all the stops with a Grinch-themed party at their home, complete with three-tiered personalised cake.
“Happy birthday to my boy Kit… our funny little man, with such loving ways!! Have the best day xxx,” Coleen wrote alongside a snap of her little boy.
