Their relationship hasn’t been drama-free, but Cardi B and Offset seem to be doing better than ever. They’re always together, spoiling each other, collaborating on music, and spending time with their family. But that’s really just the brink of it. Their love is apparently so strong that they went out and tattooed each other’s names.
While Offset’s tattoo isn’t exactly new, it appears that Cardi B got a tattoo of his name over the weekend of July 19.
Cardi B’s “Offset” tattoo is in an interesting place
On Sunday, the “‘Clout” rapper posted a screenshot to Instagram of what appears to be a FaceTime call with Cardi B, in which she lifted her leg and showed the ink spelling his stage name on the back of her thigh. The tattoo, written in cursive, takes up much of the area right behind her knee.
“CANT WAIT TO GET HOME,” Offset wrote in the caption with three tongue emojis.
Offset’s “Cardi B” tattoo is just as sweet
In 2018, Offset visited a tattoo shop and emerged with a tattoo of his wife’s stage name on his neck, alongside a picture of Buttercup from The Powerpuff Girls.
It was a pretty adorable gesture, all things considered. For those who don’t know, Cardi B has a thing for the animated character. She even owns a diamond chain dedicated to Buttercup. Cute, right?
The couple has been doing lots of celebrating
On July 13, Cardi B and Offset threw an insane $400,000 party in honor of their daughter Kulture’s first birthday. The rainbow-themed celebration featured elaborate decorations, themed sweets, and a Build-A-Bear workshop.
“A little quick 12 o clock turn up,” Cardi B captioned a sweet photo of Kulture celebrating her birthday. In the photo, Kulture also smashes a cupcake into her mom’s face.
“My baaaaybeeeee,” the “I Like It” rapper added in the caption.
Another photo shows Cardi B and Kulture hi-fiving at the party, wearing matching outfits. The picture also offers a glimpse into all that went on during the celebration. There was a dessert table, which included lollipops, cookies, cupcakes, and candy. And Kulture had the cutest cake, which featured characters from her favorite show, Netflix’s Word Party.
Meanwhile, Offset honored his baby girl with a sweet message on Instagram. “YOU ARE SO PERFECT LOVE YOU KK. HAPPY 1st BDAY I LOVE YOU,” he captioned a photo of Kulture flaunting an ear-to-ear smile.
The rappers gifted their baby girl with a diamond-encrusted chain featuring colorful enamel characters from the aforementioned Netflix series Word Party. According to TMZ, the bling cost a stunning $100,000.
More celebrations are on the way
In September, the pair will celebrate its first wedding anniversary. Cardi B and Offset secretly tied the knot in 2017 in a private ceremony at their home. She confirmed the marriage the following year, just weeks before giving birth to Kulture.
