Brielle Biermann is Kim Zolciak’s daughter, who started getting lip filler when she was 18. She quickly went into “overfilled” territory, and people gave her crap for it but she kept overfilling her lips. I guess the apple doesn’t fall too far from the Juvederm tree–Kim has the same overfilled look. Brielle is 26 now, and she posted the news on Instagram that she was getting her fillers dissolved. This isn’t the first time Brielle has done this. She also got her lip fillers dissolved in 2020 but went back to overfilling them again. I have to be honest, they were pretty outrageous this time around before she got them dissolved.
Brielle Biermann warned her 1.6 million followers against getting their lips “overfilled” by posting a shocking before-and-after photo of her pout.
In the photo, which was posted on Instagram Friday, Biermann compared a photo of her lips before and after she had some of the filler dissolved.
“Bit of a personal post. All I’m gonna say is if you start to get lip filler… Go to someone who will tell you no,” the 26-year-old wrote.
“At that time in my life (on the left) I had too many chefs in the kitchen… I went to too many injectors, none of which would tell me no!” she continued. “I would be injected, get used to the new size of my lips, and then think I needed more.”
“I still love some filler but listen to someone who went through it… Do not get overfilled!”
She also shared a video of herself flipping through some old photos of her “god awful” lips on her Instagram Story.
“What was going on here you guys?” she asked. “Where were my friends? They were non-existent. Nobody was telling me that this was insane.”
“I swear I was at the doctor’s office like every week,” she added.
However, many of her followers took to her comments section claiming they “tried to tell [her]” to stop getting more work done.
“We called you every name under the sun….to get you to stop,” one follower wrote. “What do you mean, you wish someone would of [sic] told you no. Don’t blame anyone but yourself.”

Growing up on a reality TV show must have made Brielle even more self-conscious than the average American teen. It completely makes sense to me that she would start so young. I don’t think anyone that young needs fillers, by the way. I’m just saying I understand why she felt like she had to. In the LA/Orange County area, lip filler is super common and a lot of people overdo it. And it’s easy to become even more dysmorphic about your lips if everyone else’s lips are enhanced, too. She says she went to the doctor’s office every week which I think is an exaggeration. But I don’t think any competent injector would overfill to that degree. I think she was going to providers who were not reputable (*cough cough* whoever her mom gets it from). I hope Brielle really does take a break from the fillers, or finds a better injector who will give her a one syringe limit and not go over that. It does seem like history repeating. Also, she does kind of blame people other than herself–the injectors and her friends and followers–when ultimately she’s responsible, too. It’s her face, she’s in charge of it. I don’t think people should resort to calling her names like that one commenter said. But I also wonder why this young lady has so many followers when she doesn’t seem that interesting. I’m not super plugged into the Bravoverse so it’s possible I’m missing something.
Now, you can get fillers “touched up” just a little bit in between annual appointments and that’s okay. When I had mine done, my lips looked insanely swollen during the injections, so I told the nurse not to use all of the filler in the vial. We ended up using less than half of a syringe. Two weeks later my lips had deflated back to their normal shape, just slightly enhanced and more symmetrical. I could have gone back and gotten a tiny bit more, just to fine-tune. I decided not to, because I really did want subtle results to even out asymmetry, not to change the size. But what Brielle was doing sounds like she was getting injections at every full moon or something. That’s overkill.
