It's been about six months since Kim Kardashian broke the internet (again) by filing for divorce from Kanye West. Then in the weeks following, speculation and rumors flew around that the two were not on speaking terms. But it appears the exes are back on good terms because West actually helped the reality star meets businesswoman with the rebrand of her brand, KKW Beauty.
Kardashian took to Instagram earlier this week to share the news of the rebrand, noting that the KKW website would be shutting down in August for a rebrand. While the announcement had fans wondering if the purpose of the rebrand is to drop the "W," a source told Page Six the divorce was not the motivation of the rebrand. In fact, West helped Kardashian with the rebrand.

"Fun little fact, Kanye helped come up with the new name," the source shared before adding, "Kim's decision to rebrand has nothing to do with dropping the W in KKW since she has not changed her legal name and still goes by West. It has been in the works for awhile, and Kanye actually helped Kim to come up with the new brand name."
The source also told the outlet that the "Heartless" rapper assisted his ex-wife with the brand's new packaging. In her Instagram story this week, Kardashian confirmed that the rebrand is about more than just the name. The company will be changing the products' packaging and formulas, as well.

"It all started with a contour kit and expanded to eyes, lips, body and many incredible collections over the past four years," she wrote. "On August 1st midnight we will be shutting down the kkwbeauty.com site so that we can come back to you under a completely new brand with new formulas that are more modern, innovative and packaged with an elevated and sustainable new look."
