DONALD Trump has once again taken aim at Bill Clinton over his links to twisted tycoon Jeffrey Epstein.
The US President cast doubt on Clinton’s claim that he had never been to Epstein’s “paedo island”, which has been raided by the FBI.
It comes days after Trump retweeted a bizarre conspiracy theory that the Clintons were involved in Epstein’s death – after he hanged himself in jail on Saturday.
Trump pointed out how Clinton admitted flying on Epstein’s plane – dubbed the Lolita Express – four times, when pilot logs suggested he’d actually travelled 27 times.
Speaking to reporters, Trump said: “I know he was on his plane 27 times, and he said he was on the plane four times.
“But when they checked the plane log, Bill Clinton – who was a very good friend of Epstein's – he was on the plane about 27 or 28 times. So why did he say four times?”
He urged journalists to dig into whether Clinton had visited Epstein’s infamous private Caribbean Island – Little St James.
“The question you have to ask is: Did Bill Clinton go to the island?
“Because Epstein had an island – that was not a good place as I understand it.
“I was never there. So you have to ask: Did Bill Clinton go to the island? That's the question. You find that out, you're going to know a lot.”
EX-SEX SLAVE SAYS CLINTON STAYED ON ISLAND
Unsealed legal papers have revealed how Clinton was seen walking off with a woman on each arm during a stay at the island.
The shock allegation came from Virginia Giuffre, 35, who has claimed she was once a globe-trotting teenage “sex slave” for billionaire Epstein.
The claims emerged when more than 2,000 documents were released – just hours before Epstein's prison suicide.
In her statement, Virginia claimed the former US President joined her, Ghislaine Maxwell – Epstein’s ex-lover – Epstein and two other women from New York for dinner.
She claims he was teasing two women with “playful pokes” and “brassy comments” before leaving with them at the end of the night.
Virginia writes: “Strolling into the darkness with two beautiful girls around either arm, Bill seemed content to retire for the evening.”
FBI RAIDS 'PAEDO ISLAND'
Investigators yesterday scoured the billionaire's private US Virgin Island following allegations under-age girls were used as sex slaves and abused inside a bizarre temple.
In his chat with reporters, Trump also defended his decision to share a tweet suggesting Bill and Hillary Clinton were involved in Epstein’s suicide.
Trump fuelled the speculation by retweeting a conspiracy theory from actor Terrence K. Williams.
In the tweet, Terrence wrote: “Died of SUICIDE on 24/7 SUICIDE WATCH? Yeah right! How does that happen?
“Jeffrey Epstein had information on Bill Clinton & now he’s dead I see #TrumpBodyCount trending but we know who did this!
“RT if you’re not Surprised.
“#EpsteinSuicide #ClintonBodyCount #ClintonCrimeFamily.”
TRUMP FUELS CLINTON CONSPIRACY
When asked if he believed that the Clintons played a part in the pervert's death, Trump replied: “I have no idea.”
Trump added: “The retweet – which is what it was, just a retweet – was from somebody that’s a very respected conservative pundit, so I think that was fine.”
Clinton released a statement claiming he "knows nothing" about Epstein's alleged crimes and has not spoken to him in a decade.
In a statement, Clinton's office said: "President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York.
"In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation.
CLINTON CLAIMS HE NEVER VISITED ISLAND
"Staff, supporters of the Foundation, and his Secret Service detail travelled on every leg of every trip.
"He had one meeting with Epstein in his Harlem office in 2002, and around the same time made one brief visit to Epstein’s New York apartment with a staff member and his security detail.
"He’s not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade, and has never been to Little St. James Island, Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida."
Investigative journalist Conchita Sarnoff, who first broke the Epstein story back in 2010, said Clinton is not telling the truth about the number of plane trips.
She said: “I know from the pilot logs and these are pilot logs that you know were written by different pilots and at different times that Clinton went, he was a guest of Epstein's 27 times."
She also added that “many of those times Clinton had his Secret Service with him and many times he did not.”
Ms Sarnoff continued: “I'm saying, sadly, that he is not telling the truth.”
