EastEnders: Peter Beale returns
Melissa Suffield reminded her followers on Instagram a “wobbly body” is “normal” as she posed in her bra and knickers.
The EastEnders star gave birth in March 2020 to her son River and is known for encouraging women to love their curves.
Today she posted a short clip of herself in green underwear shaking her body, with a big smile on her face.
The BBC soap star wrote next to the clip: “13 seconds of a body wobbling, to remind you that a wobbly body is totally NORMAL.
“Every single body has at least a little bit of wobble. Jiggle. Movement. And whether you have a little or a lot, your body is worthy either way.

“We spend so long picking ourselves apart, and it feels so *lonely*, we start to think we’re the only ones who look a certain way. In fact, there are SO many other bodies like ours- we’re actually pretty damn ordinary!
“So, this is 13 seconds to remind you just how normal your body is. And how WONDERFUL that is.
“What’s your favourite wobbly bit? Let’s hear ‘em! And then let’s CELEBRATE them.”(sic)
Melissa – who goes by the handle @the.confidentmama on Instagram – was quickly praised for promoting a realistic body shape on social media.
