EastEnders’ Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) suffered a shock collapse in Friday night’s episode.
EastEnders spoilers have revealed he is set to collapse for a second time in forthcoming scenes, hinting there is something seriously wrong with his health.
On Friday, Mick tries to relax with Bex Fowler (Jasmine Armfield) as they go for a jog together, but he starts to struggle very quickly.
Later, things get even worse when he agrees to referee a football match and tensions spiral as one of Mick’s decisions sparks outrage.
He collapses to the ground and an ambulance is called, but is next time for Mick not going to be as lucky?
EastEnders is the soap most likely to kill someone off with a heart attack, with ten characters losing their lives, including gangster Johnny Allen and Charlie Slater.
In comparison, Coronation Street has had nine, most notably Mike Baldwin and Michael Rodwell.
Emmerdale has killed off seven characters with the health issue, including Frank Tate and Donald de Souza.
Is Mick going to survive the shocking heart attack?
In next week’s episodes, Mick lies to his friend Mitch (Roger Griffiths) and says that his tests have come back all-clear, when in reality there is something much more serious going on.
Meanwhile, he has been under a lot of stress recently, after his son Ollie was diagnosed with autism.
His wife Linda will also get a smear test, and the pair worry about her cancer returning.
Is the family set for more tragedy?
EastEnders continues tomorrow at 8pm on BBC.
