A YOUNG woman has gone viral after sharing an incredible transformation video of her boob reduction surgery, with people all agreeing on one thing.

For many, having a big bust is the ultimate dream – but for TikTok user Bella Maria, from Alabama, the US, it was a daily struggle.

Before the life-changing surgery, the petite woman – Bella stands at only 5'3'' – reckoned her DDD boobs made her body look ''unproportional''.

''That much weight on my chest caused extreme neck, shoulder and back pain – and terrible posture.

''I couldn't even sit up straight cause it was painful.''

Another reason Bella decided to opt for having the breast size reduced was the constant struggle when shopping for clothes.

According to the young woman, most of the stores don't offer anything for those with a large DDD or F cup.

''Swimsuits – impossible to find. I would have to get Mediums or Larges in tops even though I'm really short, so they wouldn't fit right.''''

The gigantic and heavy boobs also prevented the fitness enthusiast from working out properly.

She explained: ''They gave me a limited range of motion and I couldn't exercise properly.

The day finally came – and Bella got her DDD cup size reduced by fat removal.

Chuffed with the results, the stunner shared some Before and After photos of the surgery, instantly appearing more happy.

It's not just Bella and her family who noticed the difference – social media users, too, instantly saw she was happier.

One said: ''seeing the before and after and seeing you light up after is so pure.''

Another agreed: ''you look so much happier. you are GLOWING.''

''bruh ur making me wanna get one, u look incredible and so happy [sic],'' someone else felt inspired by her story.

Sharing her emotions after the procedure, Bella said she's never felt this way.

''I am SO happy prob the happiest I've ever been [sic].
