AN AIR Fryer whizz has shared her top tips and tricks for using the device, including the tool she swears by to prevent her getting burnet fingers.

Char took to her TikTok page to share a video detailing her hacks, as she began: "How to make the most out of your Air Fryer – a few tips and tricks to make cooking and cleaning easier.

"The number one thing I use is those silicone baskets," she began.

"You can also use a paper liner – I’d recommend them for like baking cookie dough or something, so it doesn’t stick."

But to use the liners safely, you need to have the tools that go with them.

"I’d definitely recommend these, it just makes it so much easier, and you’re not going to burn yourself," she said.

"You can also use a silicone mitt but I feel my hand is getting quite close still and you can feel the heat sometimes so I do use it, but not really that much.

"I like to use the tools because then you can get the silicone basket out nice and easy as well, without going anywhere near where it’s still hot."

Once she removed the liner from the Air Fryer basket, she showed just how clean the inside was, noting that there was "minimal cleaning" she has to do.

The last thing she swears by using is a metal rack, as she said: "It was viral for a reason, you can stack food on there and it makes cooking so much easier. "
