AFTER gaining weight, an influencer loves her body for the first time – and she's sharing her "hard journey" with viewers to inspire them.

Thanks to mindful, loving practice, Kayla Logan has become happier than ever.

In a video, Logan (@kaylaloganblog) opened up about going from an unhappy lifestyle to a healthy, thriving one.

As she stood in front of her mirror wearing briefs and a cropped bra, Logan spoke frankly about her weight.

"I've been a size two, and now I'm a size 22, and it has been a hard journey," she revealed.

For years, Logan was focused on her weight and deeply unsatisfied.

"I hated myself when I was thin," she said. "I was constantly trying to be thinner, it was never enough."

But now, in her thirties, Logan has a new perspective.

"I love myself more than I've ever loved my body," she said.

It was through "mirror work" that Logan finally began to accept, and then to love, her bigger body.

"It took a long time to learn how to look at my body in the mirror," she admitted.

But then she began looking herself up and down in the mirror and repeating affirmations, finding positive aspects to focus on.

"I told myself that I was beautiful, that I was worthy of love, that I was sexy, that these curves were gorgeous," she said.

Logan ran her hands over her waist and thighs, smiling at her beloved curves.

She said her patience paid off.

"Slowly, over time, I saw the beauty," she said. "I hope you do as well."

In the video's caption, she urged her followers to try the same radical positivity that had helped her so much.

"You deserve to be your best hype person," she wrote.

Logan's followers were immediately grateful for her inspiring message.

"I definitely needed to see and hear this," one woman wrote. "Thank you for your courage."
