ALLAN SAINT-MAXIMIN is going NOWHERE, Newcastle boss Eddie Howe has said.
But speculation surrounding his future isn't going away and Betfair have the tricky winger at 2/1 to sign for Tottenham.

Reports from France claimed Manchester United might be about to test the water and take a gamble on the winger to help bolster their attacking options.
Earlier in this window, it was suggested the Frenchman had his head turned by the ongoing transfer rumours regarding him.
The Toon winger was the standout performer on Tyneside during a difficult first half of last season, where the team relied on him to get them up the park.
Following Eddie Howe's arrival midway through the campaign, the pressure wasn't on him as much and he had a quieter end to the season.
But he's recaptured the form that made him a fan's favourite at St James' Park, including starring in the thrilling 3-3 draw with Manchester City.
Howe has had to publicly come out and quash the speculation, adding that he wanted his squad to become stronger, not weaker.
Spurs have already splashed out over £100million on their squad this summer but are 2/1 favourites to make a move for Saint-Maximin according to Betfair.
Chelsea are next best in the betting at 7/2 after they were strongly linked with a move earlier this summer.
They have brought in Raheem Sterling who can play in the wide positions but have offloaded Timo Werner and others could follow.
Man Utd's wide players came to the fore in the recent win over Liverpool.

But Erik ten Hag admitted they still needed more in attack and have been strongly linked with Cody Gakpo and Antony from the Dutch leagues.
However, should moves break down for the pair it could result in a move for Saint-Maximin, especially if reports from France are to be believed.
They are 5/1 to sign him.
Arsenal know a thing or two about tricky French players that play out wide and Betfair have them at 11/2 to strike a deal for Saint-Maximin.
While you can get 9/1 on a return home to France with Nice or Monaco, while Barcelona are given the same odds.
