Andy Cohen is shutting down Kathy Griffin.

The “Watch What Happens Live” host responded to remarks Griffin made in an interview with People magazine last week, in which she said, “Andy Cohen treated me like a dog. He was, like, one of the worst bosses I ever had,” adding he “has not been very kind.”

Turns out, Cohen wasn’t pleased.

“She’s made up a lot of stuff about me in the past few years that has just been untrue and sad,” Cohen told USA TODAY Tuesday. “I hope she finds some peace.”

The host/producer has been at Bravo for 15 years, including a period as an executive there when Griffin hosted her talk show, “Kathy,” from 2012-2013 and starred in the reality series “My Life on the D-List” from 2005-2010.

Cohen replaced Griffin as Anderson Cooper’s co-host on CNN’s annual New Year’s Eve special in 2017, after the comedian posed with fake a severed head designed to resemble President Trump, which Cooper called “clearly disgusting and completely inappropriate.”

Griffin said in the People interview she’s not hopeful about the chances for reconciliation with Cooper, adding, “I don’t think he’s that kind of guy, you know what I mean? I just don’t think he’s wired that way. I don’t think he has really any interest in (making up). And after going through something like this, I’m, like, done chasing people. I’m down to three friends on a good day, and so I just kind of want to go where I can make people laugh.”

Cohen defended his pal Cooper. “She said something that I found incredibly vile about (Cooper) last week that I think says more about her than anything else,” Cohen said, without elaborating.

In June 2017, Cooper reflected on his “long” friendship with Griffin during the Phoenix stop of his “AC2 Live” show with Cohen, saying that he wished “nothing but good things for her.”
