CHELSEA star Mason Mount has shown off an incredible three-year body transformation in latest bulky gym snap.

Mount, 23, is waiting for a contract extension after winning the Blues' Player of the Year award for a second time in a row.



And the England international has obviously been working hard off the pitch too.

@LDNFootbalI posted the comparison on Twitter of the midfielder at the start of his Stamford Bridge career in 2019 vs now.

And the playmaker is flexing his hench physique in the modern day shot.

It's a far contrast from the weedy youngster on his debut season.

The 2022 photo is almost incomparable as Mount poses with amuscular upper body.

Fans reacted to the images with shock on social media.

One said: "Homie bulked mad."

Whilst another stated: "Balon dor soon."

Another joked: "He got Bayernized."

Mount has played 159 total games for Chelsea and scored 30 goals, with 31 assists.

He became a first-team regular after loan spells at Dutch side Vitesse and Derby County.

Meanwhile, Mount has been waiting on a new contract "for months" amid interest from Manchester United.

The homegrown hero saw talks stall as the club worked through the process of replacing Roman Abramovich as owner.

The West Londoners view agreeing an extension as a "key move" this summer.

Mount's current deal does still has two more years to run.

He currently pockets around £80,000-a-week, making him one of Chelsea's lowest paid first team players.
