SHOPPERS are going wild for a Morrisons egg chair – with some fans even finding it at their local store for half price.

The Nutmeg Outdoor Rattan Pod Chair was originally priced at £250 but is currently on offer for just £125 – having previously been reduced to £175.

The deal was shared to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, with one happy shopper commenting: "Half Price in Morrisons £125.00 instead of £250.00 I’m so glad I waited, and it’s so comfortable.” 

Shoppers immediately began to rave over the deal, with one writing: “We bought 2 of these last week. They are lovely and so comfy.”

Another added “Managed to get the last one in my Morrisons!” 

So, where can you buy the chair?

Morrisons said that the chair is available in-store only and is unavailable to order online.

The deal is available in selected stores only, and will continue until the chair is out of stock.

It might be worth phoning ahead to see if your local shop has the chairs in stock to avoid a wasted journey.

Argos's take on this popular style is the Habitat Kora Egg Chair, which is currently being sold for £260.
