Prior to this, it’s revealed in an episode of ‘The Kardashians’ that the Poosh founder’s kids ‘were upset’ to be excluded from the celebration of her engagement to the drummer.
AceShowbiz -While Kourtney Kardashian may be currently basking in wedded bliss, not everyone is thrilled for her. The reality TV star has been slammed online after she apparently snubbed her kids on her courthouse wedding to Travis Barker.
The Poosh founder confirmed through her Instagram account on Monday that she legally married the Blink-182 drummer in Santa Barbara on May 15. After she shared pictures from the nuptials, people questioned why her three children, whom she shares with her ex Scott Disick, were not present at the wedding.
“No kids at wedding hmmm,” one social media user remarked. Another wondered, “Why aren’t her kids around? You’d think they’d be a part of her special day. It’s like her kids come second these days.”
A third fumed, “Her kids were left out of the Vegas wedding too wtf?” Another critic commented, “I feel so bad for those poor children. Imagine not seeing your mom getting married.” Someone else pointed out, “She made such a fuss that her kids did not attend the engagement and now she had been married twice and kids were at neither of them.”
On the day of her wedding, Kourtney’s three kids, Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, were seen spending quality time with their father, as documented on the restaurateur’s Instagram Stories. But they were not the only ones who didn’t come to the wedding, as the courthouse nuptials were only attended by a few of the couple’s family members and friends, including Travis’ father Randy and Kourtney’s grandmother MJ.
Previously, Scott revealed that the kids “were upset” to be excluded from the celebration of Kourtney’s engagement to Travis back in October 2021. In a May 5 episode of “The Kardashians“, the father of three explained, “They didn’t understand why they were watching TikToks of his kids there, and they weren’t there.” He added, “Hopefully they’re invited to the wedding.”
