Who is Axel Blake?

Axel is a 33 year old property maintenance manager from West London, who has worked in the entertainment circuit for many years.

Over recent years he's been building up his career as a stand-up comedian, and has amassed a huge online fanbase thanks to his comedy sketches and funny jokes.

Axel has presented for the likes of SBTV and UNILAD, and his own comedy posts have gone viral in the past.

His comedy performances have seen his popularity grow, and he's even supported people such as Eddie Griffin and Dave Chappelle on their tours.

In 2018, Axel performed at Indigo at The O2, and his stand-up show, Axel Blake: I'm Not Gonna Lie, was filmed and released via Amazon Prime Video in 2020.

Away from comedy, Axel lives in London with his fiancée and is a dad of two. He shares a one year old daughter with his fiancée, who he proposed to in March 2020, and he has a 13 year old son named Nyron.

The doting dad regularly shares snaps of his two children on social media, and his son was in the audience when he performed on Britain's Got Talent.

Speaking about his appearance on the show, the comedian excitedly wrote on Instagram: "Wow I still can't believe @simoncowell pressed the Golden Buzzer! I guess that means drinks on me guys @bgt Thank You!"

He has been inundated with congratulatory messages, with fellow comedian Kojo Anim writing: "Well done," and author Bianca Miller-Cole saying: "Congratulations again !!"
