After leaving the world speechless with her incredible Valentino wedding gown during her lavish £3m ceremony with Brooklyn Beckham, more details of Nicola Peltz 's look have been revealed.
From redesigning the outfit various times with the designer to having over five fittings, there is one specific hidden detail that reminds us of another show-stopping wedding gown from history.
As part of the 27 year old's 'something blue', her mum Claudia Heffner Peltz had a secret evil eye talisman along with a sweet message sewn into the skirt lengths of the gown using blue thread — this was kept a secret from the model in order to surprise her on the big day.
This instantly transported us back to when Meghan Markle married Prince Harry on 19 May 2018 in St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
The Duchess of Sussex opted for a glamorous gown by British designer Clare Waight Keller who was the artistic director for much-loved designer brand Givenchy.
For her 'something blue', the 40 year old also had a hidden piece of fabric sewn into the lining of her flawless gown which was from a dress that she wore for her first date with the Prince.
Both ladies seem to be fans of the symbolic image as Meghan has sported the evil eye, which represents protection, on countless occasions.
Once being back in April 2020 when she wore the Edge of Ember evil eye necklace during a special appearance and then another dainty gold necklace by Alemdara during a royal visit to South Africa in 2019.
As well as this, both brides chose to strip away from having any details on the dress itself so that they were kept plain. However, they then decided to include a great deal of intricate lace work on their veils.

The design of Nicola's dress was changed during the process, as it was transformed from a highly intricate look into a sleek and simple piece.
“We didn’t have to overly detail the dress to accomplish the magnitude of it, so we ended up eliminating the embroidery.” Nicola's stylist Leslie Fremar told Vogue.
Instead, they added French lace on handmade gloves and an exquisite train that sits over the gown and decorates it like “a work of art.”
Where as Meghan also went against tradition as all eyes were on her to see if she would match sister-in-law Kate Middleton's incredible Alexander McQueen wedding gown from 2011.
The crisp white satin gown featured a boat neckline and long sleeves teamed with a 16.5-foot silk tulle veil embroidered with flowers representing the 53 nations of the Commonwealth.
