Love Island star Liberty Poole is reportedly “secretly dating a carpenter named Tyler” and is said to be “pretty smitten”.

Liberty, 22, has reportedly been dating her new mystery man for the past few weeks and the pair are said to be growing close.

A source close to the star said: “She has been seeing him for nearly a month.

“They’ve been on a few dates. It’s early days but they get on really well, and Liberty seems pretty smitten,” they added to told The Sun on Sunday.

OK! has contacted Liberty’s representatives for comment.

The Dancing on Ice star was recently rumoured to be romantically linked to her dance partner on the ice show, Joe Johnson.

The hinted romance came from Liberty’s fellow Islander Faye Winter who exclusively told OK! she could see sparks flying between the pair.

She told us: “I don’t know, I mean I wouldn’t be against it! They’re lovely together. He’s literally the male version of her.”

However, Liberty has not been officially linked to another relationship since her whirlwind romance in the villa with water engineerJake Cornishended just days before the series final.

The pair were coupled up from the beginning of the 2021 series but Liberty finally called a day on the rocky romance just three days before the show finale.

She told him: "I just feel like certain comments are unnecessary and if that's how I feel, then that's how I feel."

Jake then said: "I think you may see things differently to how I see things," to which she responded: "Yeah but that then shows that we're not right for each other."

"Well then if that is the case then that is the case. We're obviously not right for each other, because I'll never change for anyone," he went on as they both agreed neither wanted the other to change.

"I love you for you, I like you exactly the way you are and I feel like that's not being reciprocated and that's just the way I feel," Liberty explained.

"I don't know, I don't even want to think about splitting up with you. I can't believe those words are even leaving my mouth," Jake continued.

Liberty then said: "I just don't feel like, if I'm being honest, that you love me for me. That's how I feel, that's not saying you're a bad person, because you're not. That's not saying I'm a bad person, but maybe I'm just not right for you."
