A man sent the internet into frenzy when he showed off his sizeable hands, which dwarf just about everything else they come into contact with.

Jeff Dabe from Stacy, Minnesota in US, was dubbed real-life "Popeye" or "Wreck It Ralph" because of his oversized limbs that measure 19.30 inches in circumference.

The 48-year-old became a world champion arm wrestler after winning titles at the International Federation of Arm Wrestling's Grandmaster Tournament in Florida.

In one video he shared on TikTok, he holds a US dollar note and people are in awe watching the size of his hands compared to the dollar bill.

Another video sees him taking off his wedding ring and putting it on his wife's ring finger.

His wedding ring is a stunning 5 inches wide, which is why it swamps his partner.

Meanwhile, Jeff's hand span is so large he can hold two basketballs at once.

Commenters are blown away by the TikToker's ginormous palms.

One said: "You are real-life Wreck It Ralph! I gotta ask is this some kind of condition or genetic trait?

A second added: "Does it hurt? Why do I feel like his arms and hands are in pain?"

Jeff told Fox News that he had done tests to see if he was born with gigantism or elephantiasis, but he said experts didn't find any disease or abnormalities.

"I can do everything just fine like everyone else," he said.

"There's no way I can work on cars. I used to work on cars on the side – I liked to do it, it was relaxing to me."

"Other than that I haven't found much I can't do. The one thing I can't do is find good gloves."

Jeff started wrestling in high school and in his senior year, he won his first arm wrestling tournament.

Since then he went on professional training and won state and national arm wrestling titles, and competes on the world arm wrestling league circuit.
