Vicki Gunvalson from The Real Housewives of Orange County gushed about a new mystery man in her life, sharing that he’s “frickin’ incredible.”

She said her new man hits all the right points on her “must-have” list she recently shared on Tamra Judge’s podcast and her heart is full – and so is her love tank.

Vicki Gunvalson revealed she has a new boyfriend

Gunvalson dropped a bombshell that she has a new boyfriend during a discussion about her milestone birthday celebration. “I am so excited!” the RHOC alum exclaimed to Access Hollywood. “He is the first man that has ever really treated me to anything. He is like ‘I got that, you’re not paying for that.’ I am like, ‘are you real?’” She added, “He is frickin’ incredible. He’s from Texas.”

Gunvalson said he also met most of the qualifications she had for the right man. “I gave him an 18 [numbered] list of what I want in my person. Cause, you know, in all the books you read, in all the self-help books, you manifest your person. I manifested him. He has everything [on the list] but one [thing]. Including wearing cowboy boots and loving country-western music. He doesn’t have a boat.”

She added, “My heart’s full and it’s happy. That is how it is in the beginning anyways. My tank is full!”

She had a lenghty ‘must have’ list

Gunvalson shared her lengthy list of the ideal man. “Number one, they must love Jesus,” Gunvalson said on the Two T’s in a Pod podcast.

“Age 55 to 63. I want to be treated like a lady,” she said. “I want a family man and I want them be self-sufficient. Someone I could laugh with. Someone who will adore me. Likes to travel, new experiences. Someone to cook with me and drink wine and laugh with me. But not be an alcoholic. I can’t do the drugs and alcohol thing. Attracted to me.”

“He has to be confident, but not egotistical. Must be loyal and committed. No lies,” she continued. “Someone to love my friends and my family. Nonsmoker. No drugs. Not focused on social media.”

Gunvalson topped off the list with, “A Midwestern guy, someone who respects me and my crew, someone who likes boating, the rivers, someone who’s not intimidated by my success.”

Vicki is better at spotting the red flags now

Gunvalson wondered if Two T’s podcast co-host Teddi Mellencamp’s father John Cougar was single. “You do not want to date my dad.,” Mellencamp insisted.

Gunvalson is being especially cautious re-entering the dating world after her painful breakup with Steve Lodge. She said she’s now wiser to spot red flags in men.

“So I know now to look for those red flags that I didn’t before,” she told Access. “I didn’t handle them before. I just stayed. To me, you get committed and you stay. You fix the problem. You don’t leave. And now what I’m realizing [is] you can leave. You don’t have to stay when there’s red flags.”
