A MAN accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death at a flat in London has appeared in court today.
Mum-of-four Nicole Hurley, 37, was found with multiple knife wounds at the property in Primrose Hill in the early hours of October 10.
Despite the best efforts of paramedics and cops, the mum died at the scene.
Her boyfriend Jason Bell, 40, appeared in court via videolink from HMP Thameside today charged with the murder of Nicole.
Bell, of Broxwood Way, is also accused of false imprisonment in relation to another person, dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, and driving without insurance.
Judge Alexia Durran remanded Bell in custody ahead of a hearing on February 2.
Nicole's brother Ryan paid an emotional tribute his sister after Bell was charged in October.
He said: "Last night our world was flipped upside down and changed forever, the impossible happened and we lost our beautiful sister to the hands of a monster.

“We will pull together as a family as we always do and ensure that the four most amazing children have the best possible lives.”
A GoFundMe page was launched to help the grieving family with funeral costs.
Brigitte Clements, who set up the fundraiser, said at the time: "This weekend tragedy hit our community.
"[Nicole's children] tragically lost their mother in the most terrible of circumstances. These children have been the heart of our community.
"They help carry groceries for you if they see you carrying bags. They offer to water your plants when you are away. They come and offer to help to paint and repair whenever someone is busy tinkering. These children are not average.
“These children are extraordinary, and this is a testament to their incredible mother.
"They are bright, ambitious, curious and generous. They are four individuals that give you hope in what the future generation will bring.
"In one evening these children lost everything.”
