GOOD Morning Britain's Laura Tobin was left red in the face after making a VERY rude slip up live on air on Friday morning.

The meteorologist laughed off the mistake as she was mocked by hosts Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway while they replayed the clip.

Laura, 40, was informing viewers of the frosty conditions across the country this morning when she made the hilarious slip-up.

Hoping the rude on-air blunder had gone unnoticed, she continued to finish her segment before it was later brought up by her co-hosts.

Ben and Kate were joined by presenter Andi Peters from Phuket, Thailand, as they discussed the chilly weather across the UK while he basked in the sunshine.

"You need to be careful when saying Phuket, don't you, Andi?" Ben joked, before picking up on Laura's slip-up which she thought may have been hidden.

"Laura Tobin, earlier, promised us a frosty – what did you say, Laura?" the presenter jibed as the weather girl put her head in her hands.

A red-faced Laura admitted she had accidentally said a "frosty fart" instead of a frosty start as producers pulled up the clip to replay it for viewers.

"I thought I covered it up!" she went on as the clip played out in the background, hearing her say: "There's going to be a froty fart – a frosty start – this morning."

Viewers took to Twitter to laugh about the hilarious mistake, having noticed it during the live broadcast despite Laura's efforts to cover it up.

"LOL Laura Tobin having frosty farts," one fan wrote, as a second chimed in: "Did you nearly just say frosty fart instead of frosty start?"

"Definitely heard that too, high pressure often leads to frosty farts," a third viewer joked in response, sharing a video of the blunder.

It's not the first time Laura has had viewers in hysterics after an on-air blunder, as last year she was accidentally seen riding a sheep.

The weather reporter was giving her daily update as she fed sheep at a farm when the blunder happened, seeing her fly across the screen.

She could be seen struggling to stand as the sheep pushed and jostled to get closer to her bucket of food before she was swept off her feet.

A sheep's head appeared from between her legs as she immediately burst out laughing while riding the woolly animal for a few seconds.

"I'm just riding a sheep, I'm so sorry that wasn't meant to happen," she tried to tell hosts Ranvir Singh and Richard Madeley between giggles.

"It just appeared between my legs, I was suddenly having a sheep ride, that is not part of the attractions here at the farm," she followed up.
