Gordon Ramsay's daughter Tilly has become the ninth name announced for this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 19 year old is to become the youngest person to ever compete on the hit BBC show, it was revealed by Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on Wednesday's episode of This Morning.
Her 54 year old dad sent a video message to celebrate her on her big news – but sent a stern warning.
Appearing alongside wife Tana, he said: "Hey Tills, it's your dad, TikTok coach, dance extraordinaire, wishing you all the very best. We're proud of you, girl! Love you."
Tana added: "She's leaving you far behind in the dance stakes, thank God it's her and not you! Tilly, you're incredibly brave, I'm terrified but so excited for you. Good luck!"
Before signing off, Kitchen Nightmares host Gordon issued his word of warning, telling her: "Don't date those dancers!"
Discussing her excitement at embarking on the journey, Tilly told Eamonn and Ruth: "Remembering the choreography terrifies me, but I'm looking forward to the glitz and the glamour and learning something new.
"I start university in September, which I'm really excited for, I'm quite excited for the challenge of fitting everything together. I'll just have to see if it goes, really."
Tilly also confessed she isn't a fan of high heels, which will become a big part of her Strictly journey.
She said: "I've worn heels about twice in my life – proper high heels – the last time being to my 18th birthday which was two Novembers ago. I wore them for about 10 minutes and then put my trainers on.
"I don't think there's [a dance] I'm going to be good at, I think it's going to be very interesting to see and learn and it's quite exciting."
