After a tumultuous road to Tokyo, Saturday, July 23 will mark the official Day 1 of the 2020 Olympics, which will include many fan-favorite competitions, as well as many first-time events.
Due to the 13-hour time difference between the East Coast of the United States and Japan, there will be a mixture of live events and recordings that will play throughout the day.
