On Tuesday's episode of Loose Women, presenter Coleen Nolan revealed that she "doesn't want the Queen to be hurt anymore".
This caring comment came after Prince Harry and Penguin Random House have announced that the prince will be releasing a book in late 2022.
Prince Harry will be releasing a memoir next year where he will share "mistakes and lessons learned".
The Duke of Sussex has signed a publishing deal and will be writing his own book about his life – from his time in the palace to his move to Hollywood with Meghan Markle.
Prince Harry said: “I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become."
The Loose Women were discussing Prince Harry's memoir on Tuesday's show, where Coleen revealed her heartfelt emotions towards the Queen, amid the new book deal.
Discussing whether or not they'll be picking up a copy to read when it's released late next year, Coleen revealed that she would be reading it because she's "that nosey and I want to know".
"However, if I was a friend or a relative, I've got to be honest, I'd say 'not now harry, not now'
"Wait, I think it's too soon with everything else that's gone on.
"I definitely don't think he should be thinking about things with his grandmother, our Queen, being the age she is and being hurt by so many things recently that have been said and done".
She then said: "I just don't want her to be hurt any more."
One viewer seemed angry by the former singer's remarked, taking to twitter to pen the comment: "I just heard the story about Harry doing an autobiography from a group of women who have all done autobiographies!!! ‘Our queen’ ‘too soon’ …. Oh please!!!!! She’s not a wee old frail weak woman!!! Quit your sh*t!!!!!"
Another said: "do they actually think Harry is going to be truthful this has meghan all over it wanting to make more money … its gonna be bulls**t lies but as long as they're making millions they don't give a sh*t"
A third chimed in: "Prince Harry is just trying to cash in. It's not catharsis."
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV
