Ryan Thomas recruited the help of some of his celebrity friends for day three of his 10 day walking marathon in aid of mental health charity.
The former Coronation Street actor started the first leg of his journey at the capital outside Buckingham Palace after he was lovingly waved off by his partner Lucy Mecklenburgh and son Roman.
But three days into the gruelling trek, Ryan reached out to his showbiz pals to help push him through the tiring journey as he walks his way to Manchester.
Pussycat Doll singer Kimberley Wyatt and her husband Max Rodgers, fellow Coronation Street actor Chris Fountain and Matt Peacock joined Ryan as he walked through Bletchley and Milton Keynes.
The group all donned their charity t-shirts which shared their painstaking journey from London to Manchester by foot in support of their friend’s charity event to help raise money for male suicide prevention charity CALM.
Ryan, who recently revealed how his son Roman has "driven him to keep going", has mostly kept to public paths along the canals throughout the country, taking a moment to rest his legs as he shared a celebratory snap with his friends in Leighton Buzzard.
The brave actor can be seen in decked out in his sporting gear with his red raincoat layered over this charity t-shirt which he paired with some black basketball shorts and some well-loved trainers to keep him comfortable on his walks.

As Ryan reached 20 miles into his journey, the actor had already raised over £32,000 on his Instagram stories less than 24 hours into the ambitious challenge.
Thanking his 1.1 million followers online, the actor admitted that the challenge is definitely harder than he first thought it would be.
He captioned the snap: “Felt great this morning at the start line feel awful this evening no point trying to coat it this is going to be tougher than I imagined.
“Thank you to everyone for all the donations genuinely I can’t believe it. We go again tomorrow only 9 more to go #mentalhealthaarenessweek.”
The actor announced his mission in April and told his fans why he was doing it.
He began: “So the reason I set myself this challenge, I wanted to give myself a purpose, I wanted to use my platform for other people to benefit from.
“This last year more than ever, I’ve noticed people’s mental health is suffering, so I’ve teamed up with Calm, the campaign against living miserable.”
