This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby called guest Gyles Brandreth "naughty" after he got carried away with the excitement of lockdown rules relaxing and chucked water over her on the show on Monday.
Holly and Phil welcomed writer and presenter Gyles alongside Matthew Wright on the ITV daytime show today, for a special edition that was mostly filmed outside in the sunshine to celebrate "Happy Monday".
Gyles was clearly in the mood to celebrate the occasion as the first stage of lockdown lifting has finally taken place.
As the show was winding down to the end and TV chef James Martin was getting his barbecue cooking underway, the whole group tucked in to their plates of delicious food at a row of picnic tables outside the studio.
As Alice Beer, who was sat next to Gyles, raised her jug of water though, Gyles took the opportunity and launched a splash of water towards the presenters.
Things turned chaotic and a mini water fight ensued, with lots of laughter in the background.
"I wasn’t expecting that," Phillip exclaimed, and the pair of presenters had to fight to regain their composure.
Following an ad break, Holly told viewers: "Now we’re back with Alice, naughty Gyles and James Martin cooking for us," as she giggled towards the guest once more.
The author then made mum-of-two Holly emotional, as he couldn’t stop sharing his glee at the thrill of being outside and in a group with other people.
"It’s been such an honour," he said, as Holly later noted she wished Gyles would come and give a speech every time she eats.
