And now Khalifa – once Pornhub’s most-watched star – has revealed she's donating all the money raised from her fans to charities close to her heart.
The West Ham fan shared a snap of her going for a run in a bikini to her 22.6million Instagram followers.
She captioned the post: "Running to 2021 and the vaccine.
“I just want to thank everyone who has supported me on OnlyFans since September.
"You guys have helped me donate over $160k to charities and organisations that mean the most to me.
“I’m so grateful for the platform and all the incredible, strong, determined women I’ve met through the internet because of it.
"You guys have taught me so much and helped me grow as a person in more ways than I can ever thank you for.”
It's not the first time during the coronavirus pandemic Khalifa has donated money to charity, either.

In August, the Lebanese star auctioned her 'infamous' glasses to raise £75,000 for victims of the horrendous Beirut explosion.
The explosion killed 135 people and injured 5,000 others after a chemical warehouse explosion flattened buildings, ripped people's clothes from their bodies and damaged properties up to six miles away.
Posting the listing online, Khalifa revealed: "The novelty glasses are the best prop.
"I will sign them (if you want), and take one last polaroid wearing them before sending them off to their new home!!!"
"F*** it, there are no rules anymore. Anything for my country."
Earlier this year, Khalifa revealed her time in the porn industry will haunt her until she dies.
Khalifa – who got engaged to Swedish chef Robert Sandberg in 2019 – quit the porn industry in 2014 after making 11 films in a three-month period.
In 2017, she landed a new role hosting a sports talk show – and recently admitted she started her OnlyFans account to wrestle back her self-confidence following her 'toxic' career in the porn industry.
She said: "I am finally growing into my self-confidence in who I am and the decisions I make for me.
"This is my way of being myself outside the perimeters of conventional social media.
"Even though I will not be creating nude content, I am going to be treating this page like my Instagram without terms of service lol.
"I want to take my power back and just post what I want and what makes me feel good, and I'm just so thankful that y'all are along for this wild ride."
