However, a savvy solution to this problem has come from This Morning presenter Ruth Langsford, who took to Instagram on 23 December to share her hack.
Posting footage of a selection of her presents wrapped up on an ironing board, which is a genius place to do it, Ruth explained her festive trick.
She wrote in the caption: "Mammoth wrapping session on the ironing board today….using @sam_balshaw tip of wrapping gifts in the same paper for each person….then no tags required!!
She then added the hashtags: “ #christmas #wrapping #presents #ironingboard”
What a great idea!

Eamonn Holmes says he and Ruth Langsford are getting on with their lives in emotional video
Ruth will be celebrating Christmas this year at home with her husband Eamonn Holmes and family.
The pair were recently dropped from from This Morning hosting duties on Fridays, and are set to be replaced by Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond.
Following their exit 61-year-old Eamonn thanked their fans for their overwhelming messages of support.
In the video which was posted on Instagram, Eamonn said: “Hi everyone, just want to say something to you all from the bottom of my heart and that is thank you.
“Ruth and I have been overwhelmed yesterday and today by the amount of messages and we'll be replying via social media, by emails, by texts, by Whatsapp, by whatever way we can.
“But can I just generally say thank you, thank you, thank you. We do feel the love, really appreciate it but stop it, stop it now.
