Balenciaga continues to dive into the world of football with its latest divisive piece, a logo-printed quilted coat. Following on from Demna Gvasalia‘s take on the soccer boot and his soccer jersey, the luxury label now offers you a standout piece of outerwear to help you complete your full Balenciaga fantasy (league) look.
The coat in question comes in black-and-white, all while being covered in Balenciaga-themed football graphics. For example, the brand’s moniker appears emblazoned on the front in white alongside a small white “b” logo on the right chest and middle section, as well as a “BL” crest in yellow on the left-side chest.
Joining this are white stripes that cut through the jacket’s black base, wrapping over the shoulder past the funnel neck to lead the eyes to the rear. Naturally, the rear of this jacket is covered in more graphics, this time looking to football player’s jerseys with the “Balenciaga 10” stamping.
Of course with this being Balenciaga, elements of the coat are elevated all around. It comes in an oversized fit, is packed full of dense quilting, and features the brand’s now-signature curved hem that gives the piece a C-shell jacket body, which adds to the way it sits on the body and makes it look even more oversized.
Take a look at the Balenciaga logo-printed quilted coat above, and head over to MatchesFashion.com now to purchase one for yourself. The coat retails for $2,868 USD.
