Britain's Got Talent star Nabil Abdulrashid says he has been receiving death threats after he mocked racists in his latest performance.
Over the last few weeks since the live semi-finals aired several weeks ago the ITV show has become the most complained about show of the year.
And South London comedian Nabil has heartbreakingly received vile death threats after he won the semi-final on Saturday night following his set which was full of jokes about race and racists.
The star won the semi-final after judges David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Ashley Banjo picked him to go through to the final over Unicyclist Wesley Williams.
Nabil, who is Alesha Dixon's Golden Buzzer act, took to his Twitter account to reveal that since the performance he has been inundated with hate comments and death threats.
The dad-of-two said he has even received racist abuse after trolls took offence to his jokes.
Taking to his account, he wrote: "Funny how I made fun of lefties too but so far it's not them wishing death on me or sending me abuse.. hmmm who were the snowflakes again?"
In another tweet shortly after, he tweeted: "I promise to do no jokes about racism or islamophobia in my final if I experience no racism or islamophobia between now and then."
The star then promised to go off even more during his final performance.
He said: "They want to complain? Ok, I’ll give them something to complain about.. TUNE IN ON SATURDAY."
During his hilarious performance, Nabil made fun of "angry far-right guys" and mocked the racism in Britain.
He quipped during the routine: "People watching will think that it's another of one of those Black Lives Matter guys doing jokes about stop and search – no, it's a joke about being fat.
"Big Nastie and I are both fat, we just both happen to be black too. Don't throw in the race card guys!"
After his performance, Alesha praised: "I think you’re very brave to take on the subject of racism. It’s very poignant right now and we all need to learn to laugh a bit more and have a sense of humour."
Britain’s Got Talent continues on Saturday at 8pm on ITV
