Britain's Got Talent viewers were left enraged on Saturday evening after Alesha Dixon cruelly used her buzzer to savagely show her disapproval for hopefuls Katherine and Joe O'Malley.
Alesha, 41, couldn't resist sticking the boot in after Katherine and Joe performed as Elsa and Olaf from Disney's Frozen 2.
Katherine gave a rendition of power ballad Into The Unknown.
Despite the performance being intended to bring joy and make viewers smile, Alesha pressed her buzzer at the last minute causing her 'X' to light up red.
Laughing when Ant and Dec asked her to explain herself, Alesha said: "Bring back the crab. I really missed the crab tonight.
"I was willing Olaf down as the last time we saw you you were going hard and that is why made it funny but you didn't do that for me tonight.
"It did make me laugh… but yeh I missed the grab."
Meanwhile, Ashley Banjo added: "I am deeply confused.
"I will say this Elsa you can bang out a song wow you can go and then Olaf came out."
He mocked: "If you are going to tap dance make sure the tap is in time.
"You had one job and then you fell over and you ruined the end but I did kind of enjoy it."

Trying to lighten the mood, fellow judge David Walliams joked: Don't listen to him, he knows nothing about dance. I think this is the perfect act."
Alesha's decision to buzz sent Twitter into a fury.
Far from impressed, one fan wrote: "Why do the judges vote the acts through to the semi finals then buzz them?"
Another added: "Why the f*** did Alesha press the button?"
"Alesha's got as much sense of humour as a plank of wood!#BGT" third savaged.
Meanwhile, a fourth moaned: "Alesha is miserable that was just such a lovely joyful performance some people are just boring #BGT."
A fifth moaned: "Alesha what was the point of pressing your buzzer on their finish get a grip."
