The ‘Jersey Shore’ star opens up about Zack Clayton Carpinello’s relationship with her children when they make their red carpet debut as a couple at the premiere event for All Elite Wedding.
AceShowbiz –JWoww and her new boyfriend, Zack Clayton Carpinello, made their red carpet debut as a couple at the premiere event for All Elite Wrestling at Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday, May 25. Talking to reporters on the red carpet, the MTV personality dished on their relationship and revealed how her children think about the professional wrestler.
It turns out that both Meilani and Greyson had already met Zack back when their mother was still married to Roger Mathews. “I’ve spent a lot of time with the kids,” he said to Entertainment Tonight. “I’ve known Meilani for a few years. She’s known me for a couple years, she is great with me. I love the kids. They’re great.” JWoww then added that her son calls Zack “baby,” while her daughter thinks of “him as [friend] Erica’s brother.”
“[Meilani] honestly probably likes him more than me at this point, because he’s cooler and will do a lot more. And I’m like, the mom yelling in the background. But it’s fine. I’ll let him have his moments,” the “Jersey Shore” star joked. Speaking to E! News, she continued saying of Zack and Meilani, “She always thinks of him as the one who… goes on the rides and is super fun and that’s basically how I always want to present the situation, as just like, a friend. So it doesn’t get wishy-washy.”
JWoww confirmed her romance with Zack in late last month, when she made a guest appearance on Snooki‘s podcast “It’s Happening With Snooki & Joey”. While the raven beauty didn’t give details about their romance at the time, she has now disclosed that her friend was the one who suggested them to start dating.
“Actually we were in Disney recently for my birthday and he lives down there and I just, my girl friend was like, ‘You should hit up my brother and go out,’ and since he’s been part of the inner circle of friends I was like, ‘Sure, why not,’ ” she recalled.
