TYSON FURY has posted another motivational video to his Twitter followers as he told his fans to always 'keep moving forward'.

The Gypsy King – who is gearing up to face Deontay Wilder in their trilogy bout on December 19 – uploaded a clip on social media after a run with his dad John.

In the video, the WBC heavyweight champion urged his supporters to never give up no matter what they're battling, as John jokingly branded himself as a "fat b******".

Speaking to his old man in the upload, Fury said: "Just finished a lovely one-hour cross country run dad, how you feeling?"

To which John replied by saying: "Yeah I'm feeling pretty good, fit, fit as a fiddle."

Fury then commented: "It's absolutely a blessing to be able to go running every day like this isn't it?"

With dad John stating: "Yeah it definitely is, especially at my age, I've looked after myself, I've worked hard at it so I'm reaping the rewards now and look at me running with you son, It's a privilege to be here."

Fury then told his followers: "Everyone remember that, it doesn't matter how old you are, how fat you are, how low you feel, we can always get up and keep moving forward."

Illustrating his son's point, John quipped: "And I'm a fat b******!"

Fury then finished off the video by saying: "We never give up and we keep battling on, no matter what gets in our way, we move forward. All the best have a good day."

Despite doubts that Wilder is unwilling to face Fury in a third meeting between the pair, the Bronze Bomber's manager Shelly Finkel has insisted the bout will go ahead in 2020.

And should Fury come out with another win against the American, he will turn his attention to Anthony Joshua, with the British rivals already agreeing a two-fight deal next year.

The duo even bumped into each other in Marbella a few days ago, with Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn revealing they spoke about their proposed mega-fight.
