Camilla wore a show-stopping outfit for the occasion, looking pristine in an elegant white coat dress with embossed details and matching gloves.
The Duchess paired the flattering outfit with a cream Launer clutch bag and neutral court shoes, with contrasting heels and toes.
The stylish heels perfectly coordinated with her large straw summer hat.
Camilla kept her jewellery simple for the occasion, with pearl drop earrings and a single silver brooch on show, though she was also wearing a thin silver necklace that was tucked away.
Camilla was sporting a flawless blow-dry for the occasion after having her hair done last week as hairdressers reopened.
Clarence House shared details of the visit on Instagram, posting: “At the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London today, The Duchess of Cornwall reviewed Chelsea Pensioners on parade.
“The @royalhospitalchelsea was due to celebrate their annual Founder’s Day on 4th June but the event was postponed due to the pandemic.
“The Founder’s Day Parade commemorates King Charles II’s founding of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in 1682.
“The King founded the hospital to give veterans a place to live after retiring from their duties.
“Today the site is home to nearly 300 Chelsea Pensioners, both men and women, who are all former soldiers of the British Army.”

Others were keen to point out her summer hat, noting that Camilla always looks good in the accessory and calling her a “classy lady”.
Eagle-eyed fashion fans even spotted that the stylish Duchess was holding a Launer clutch bag.
The designer bags sell for over £1,000, and the brand has had a Royal Warrant since 1968.
The honour was awarded to the brand by the Queen, who regularly carries a handbag with its recognisable signature structured shape.
Camilla gave a speech at the special event to pay tribute to the Chelsea Pensioners who had lost their lives during the pandemic.
Camilla said: “I know that you have been through a particularly tough time of late, having lost 10 Pensioners to Covid-19.
“I should like to express my heartfelt sympathy to the families of those who have died, and to each of you as you go through the painful process of adjusting to the gap left by those much-loved friends.”
She went on to commend the armed forces for their efforts in recent months.
