Images of the event were shared to the first daughter’s Instagram account.
Ivanka clearly saw no reason to sacrifice style for the day out and sported a practical but stylish look.
She wore an all-black $129 (£107) Kenneth Cole jumpsuit to the produce centre.
The number featured a zipped front which Ivanka kept loosely undone creating a V-shaped neckline.
A belt around her waist it served to cinch in the baggy jumpsuit and showcased her figure.
Two large pockets adorned the breast while Ivanka kept the long sleeves loosely rolled to three-quarter length.
Maintaining the casual look from head to toe, the first daughter sported flats on her feet.
The shoes were black-and-white $750 (£620) Chanel ballerina flats.
They featured a round toe, tied bow and short stacked heel.
Keeping safe against coronavirus, Ivanka sported a black face mask to cover her mouth and nose.
Clearly keen to showcase her patriotism, the businesswoman pinned an American flag pin onto the side of her mask.
