Emmerdale’s Moira Barton (played by Natalie J. Robb) was heartbroken when Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) announced he wanted a divorce and turned to alcohol to cope. The farm owner felt betrayed after being seduced by her estranged step-son Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) who wanted to get revenge on his father. However, the pair have since put the past behind them as they co-parent their young children and could find themselves giving their marriage another try.
Cain was humiliated by Moira’s affair and initially kept their son, Isaac and his son, Kyle, who Moira helped raise, from her.
Moira developed an alcohol problem but left the village to get help so she could be a good mother.
The estranged couple are now on good terms and Emmerdale fans are desperate to see them get back together.
In tonight’s instalment, the couple reminisced over objects from their marriage and Cain finally opens up on the trouble he’s been in with DI Malone (Mark Womack).
