The telethon, which will be aired on CNBC on May 11 in conjunction with poverty-fighting organization Robin Hood and officials at iHeartMedia, will be hosted by Tina Fey.
AceShowbiz –Mariah Carey and Bon Jovi lead the stars performing as part of the hour-long Rise Up New York! telethon in aid of Covid-19 relief.
Tina Fey will host the show, which will take place on 11 May in conjunction with poverty-fighting organisation Robin Hood and officials at iHeartMedia.
Joining Fey will be a mix of public figures, including New York City mayor Bill De Blasio and the state’s governor Andrew Cuomo. Jimmy Fallon, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Robert De Niro, Bette Midler, Barbra Streisand, Jennifer Lopez, Jake Gyllenhaal, Spike Lee, Eli Manning and more will also make appearances.
Mariah, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, and Sting will all perform.
The show is scheduled to take place on 11 May at 7 pm ET, and will air nationally on CNBC and locally for New Yorkers on all local broadcast stations, as well as New York Spectrum 1 and News 12.
The event will also be streaming on all local iHeartMedia and Entercom radio stations, as well as SiriusXM nationally.
