Kate Ferdinand has admitted to feeling “overwhelmed” and suffering "bad days" during her time in isolation during the nationwide lockdown.
The 28 year old is currently holed up with husband Rio, 41, and his three children Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and eight year old Tia.
But the former The Only Way Is Essex star has now candidly opened up on the emotions she has felt during her time in quarantine on social media.
She partook in a question and answer session on her Instagram page, when one of the blonde beauty's 1.3million followers asked for tips on how to deal with anxiety, adding she's "REALLY suffering with all this going on and the children being home."

Kate Ferdinand says she and husband Rio 'survived' first week homeschooling children despite 'mad moments'
Kate offered her advice, writing back: "Most importantly I hope your ok [sic]" alongside a red love heart emoji.
"Honestly, I have generally been feeling quite good but I have had some bad days where I have been feeling really really overwhelmed.
"I struggle if i don't have a routine, I'm quite good at recognising what I struggle with so I have tried my best to sort some kind of routine to stay on track & have small goals — even if a goal is cleaning the kitchen. [sic]
"The small goals help me stay focused and my mind busy saying that, I'm also trying not to be to hard on myself if I am struggling. [sic]
"Tomorrow we have decided to have a rest day, relax, try not to do many chores and jobs and I am telling myself THATS OK! [sic]"
She added: "Exercise also really helps, walking the dog and having some fresh air and also listening to your body.
"If it's time to rest and relax don't put too much pressure on yourself."
Her words of advice come after she was hilariously pranked in an April Fool's Day live workout by Rio.
