Brooklyn Civil Court got a thorough disinfecting on Wednesday after the city learned that a lawyer who works there goes to the same Westchester synagogue as attorney Lawrence Garbuz, 50.

Garbuz, of New Rochelle, is one of at least 10 people in New York State — including his wife, Adina, and his two children — who are believed to have passed the virus among themselves.

Some 1,000 people connected to those 10 have been asked to self-isolate, among them an attorney who works at the Civil Court at 141 Livingston Street.

The city sent in workers from the Department of Citywide Administrative Services to scrub down the courthouse as a precaution after the attorney who attends Garbuz’s synagogue, Temple Young Israel in New Rochelle, and who also works at the courthouse, was asked to self-isolate, a courthouse source told The Post.

The city is keeping that attorney’s name confidential.

Garbuz is hospitalized at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia Medical Center in stable condition while the others are well enough to stay home, Gov. Cuomo said earlier Wednesday.

New York’s eleventh confirmed case of the coronavirus is a 39-year old health care worker who is recovering in her Manhattan apartment after returning home from travel in Iran.

A spokesperson for DCAS said Wednesday’s cleaning was routine.
