Gemma Atkinson welcomed daughter Mia with her boyfriend, Gorka Marquez last July, and has quickly bounced back physically.
The 35 year old star has been open with her followers about her strict diet and fitness regime in the months following Mia’s birth and in new videos showing her working out in the gym, she proudly flaunted her toned figure while lifting weights.
Gemma – who has opened up on having mum guilt – showed off her trim midriff as she wore a pretty purple workout bra with matching leggings, which she raved about in her video caption.

The former Hollyoaks actress wrote: “While I was on maternity leave a load of gym clothes were brought into work from a young girl called Lou who had started a business and was looking for ways to expand.
"She was giving them to the girls in the office and asked if they liked it, could they possibly post feedback on her site or a shout on the radio.
"Now Ads on radio are sponsors so we can’t just “shout out” brands or businesses. Last week I met Lou as she was in again asking for feedback as I was arriving.
"The brand is @berryqueenuk and I’m wearing it in the videos. My feedback… it’s comfy, colourful, squat proof (as proven) and you deserve all the recognition & success.
"Well done Lou and the team. A group of young girls with lots of drive and ambition! I love the name too as obv, I’m the BURY Queen."
Fans praised Gemma for her sensational figure and said the star had “pinged” back as one person said: “Lots of hard work and determination made you ping back, I know.”

Gemma’s personal trainer has previously opened up on how she has worked hard to get her post-baby body back.

"She actually managed to lose a fair bit of weight on her own. When I saw her there was only about 2 kilos difference — but it was about getting back into the right training pattern and letting her body recover.
"When she came back to the gym her body hadn't completely healed so there were some things we had to take into consideration.
"There were some things we couldn't do or couldn't do at the same intensity as before. Gemma could still lift but we were keen to take it slow.
"She loves weight training so she wanted to get back to what she likes doing. Regaining her strength, and the shape of her muscles was a big thing. If you don't use it you lose it."
