The Europa League draw follows on from the Champions League's version, where Chelsea were drawn against Bayern Munich and Tottenham got RB Leipzig.
Manchester City were handed a tough Last 16 tie against 13-time winners Real Madrid while reigning champions Liverpool picked up Atletico Madrid.
