A BRIT has won a life-changing sum of money on the EuroMillions lottery.

What was the jackpot and who won?

A UK ticket-holder has won the £105million EuroMillions jackpot, the National Lottery said.

The astonishing win has instantly made the lucky punter richer than Coldplay's Chris Martin and Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe – and one of the biggest British winners of all time.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: "On our 25th birthday, one very lucky ticket-holder has scooped tonight’s entire £105m EuroMillions jackpot.

"Players across the country are now urged to check their tickets to see if they have won big."

He added that last night’s "big winner has scooped the sixth EuroMillions jackpot banked in the UK this year."

What were the winning numbers?

Last night's National Lottery EuroMillions winning numbers are: 08, 10, 15, 30 and 42.

The Lucky Star numbers were 04 and 06.

The Thunderball winning numbers are: 04, 11, 29, 34, 35 and the Thunderball is 02.

Someone also became a millionaire by matching the Millionaire Maker code ZMSF62402.
