Britney Spears is ready to be on her own.

The pop singer is blaming her father, Jamie Spears, for the fact she recently was downgraded to only having custody of her boys 30 percent of the time, a source exclusively told Radar.

“She is very angry at her father,” the source told Radar about the 37-year-old mom of Sean Preston, 13, and 12-year-old Jayden Federline. “Because Jamie is her conservator, she lost time with her boys after the [alleged abuse] incident and she blames him.”

As Radar previously reported, Britney’s ex, Kevin Federline, filed a police report against Jamie, claiming he abused their son Sean Preston in an August 24 incident. The D.A. is now reviewing the case, but has not yet filed charges.

Federline was granted a temporary restraining order, forbidding him from seeing the boys for three years.

The pop star reportedly took her boys away from her father following the alleged violent altercation, and later brought them to Federline’s home.

After the drama, Britney became even more frustrated with her father — and her current custody and conservatorship situation, the insider told Radar.

“She tried to do the right thing, and she’s getting punished and she’s mad,” said the source, noting that the pop star has been under a legally-binding conservatorship run by her father for over a decade.

“She doesn’t want to be under Jamie’s control anymore.”

And even though her mother, Lynne Spears, is back in the picture, Britney is now reconsidering what she wants her future to be like.

“She actually doesn’t want a conservator, and wants to handle her own life,” said the source. “But she is stuck because she doesn’t feel like she has anyone on her side legally.”

As Radar reported from a legal expert, it’s possible Jamie could be forced to step down from the conservatorship if charged with a crime. However, Britney would likely be placed with a new, impartial conservator.
