THOUSANDS of people have flooded London's Chinatown after a "vaccine bus" promised a Covid jab without an appointment.
Shocking footage shows a crowd of people tightly-packed in the central London square hoping to get vaccinated.

Two people wearing face masks appear to be in charge of the operation and can be seen speaking to the mob.
More groups of people then make their way around a corner to line up outside the barbershop.
The advert for the vaccine was posted on the Chinese Information and Advice Centre website.
It read: "A Vaccine Bus is available in London Chinatown to offer free vaccine jab to the Community without appointment. Date: 27 May 2021 (Thursday) Time: 12 – 5pm.
"You DO NOT need to have: NHS number any proof of address personal identification Undocumented migrants also welcomed Stay safe! Get vaccinated!"
It is not clear if the Covid vaccine is one of the three government-approved jabs in circulation in the UK at present.
But the jab should only be booked through the NHS website or a GP surgery when people have been invited.
Unlike various Covid tests that are available for a cost at pharmacies and other health companies across the UK, there is no private vaccine.
Patients have also been warned not to fall for scam artists who claim to have doses of the vaccine available.
It was previously reported fraudsters are taking advantage of the rollout by sending text messages to scam financial information.
How you SHOULD book a Covid jab
The Covid jab should only be booked via the NHS website for free.

Currently, the jab is available for these people:
- Anyone aged over 30
- If you'll turn 30 before 1 July 2021
- Anyone at high risk from Covid (clinically extremely vulnerable)
- Those with a condition that puts them at a higher risk (clinically vulnerable)
- If you get a Carer's Allowance, get support following an assessment by your local authority or your GP record shows you're a carer
The NHS will also text those available from the official NHSvaccine number but will never ask for money.
You can also book a Covid vaccine through your GP surgery if eligible
Brits have also received text messages claiming to be from the NHS, which say they are eligible to receive the vaccine.
The government states: "The Covid-19 vaccination is only available through the NHS to eligible groups and it is a free vaccination."
The Sun Online has contacted NHS England and the Met Police for comment.
