A Wisconsin Department of Corrections building was burned to the ground during the second night of unrest in Kenosha over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

Footage posted on Twitter Tuesday showed entire wings of the facility containing probation and parole offices reduced to rubble and cinders.

The message “Are you listening yet?” was tagged on one side of a wall left standing.

At least 34 fires associated with the rioting were reported, with 30 businesses damaged, Kenosha Fire Chief Charles Leipzig told the Kenosha News.

Firefighters were continuing to battle blazes on Tuesday morning, with thick smoke pouring over parts of the city.

One woman said she saw three separate fires from her house overnight, including a mattress store that exploded, spreading flames to other buildings.

“I’m speechless,” she told the newspaper. “I understand why this is happening, but people are forgetting that people still have to live here. It was total chaos.”

Another resident, Robbie Orvis, told the News: “This is a disgrace.”
