ELON Musk shared an adorable photo with his son shortly after he became the world’s fifth-richest man.

The SpaceX founder tweeted the new picture of his baby early on Tuesday with the caption: "Das baby kann noch keinen löffel benutzen.”

Translated from German, the caption reads, "The baby cannot use a spoon yet."

Canadian singer Grimes gave birth to Musk’s baby in May, and they named the boy X Æ A-12.

Grimes explained the name on Twitter: "X, the unknown variable. Æ, my elven spelling of Ai (love &/or Artificial intelligence).

"A-12 = precursor to SR-17 (our favorite aircraft). No weapons, no defenses, just speed. Great in battle, but non-violent + (A=Archangel, my favorite song)."

Shortly after revealing the baby’s name, however, the couple had to alter it in accordance with California state law.

The law prohibits the use of Indo-Arabic numerals in names, so the couple swapped the 12 for the number in Roman numerals, X Æ A-Xii.

The parents have explained X is spoken like normal, while Æ is ash which is pronounced like an "a" in "cat" or "bat."

A-12 is pronounced with a long "A" sound and "twelve."

The boy is Musk's seventh child.

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has now welcomed seven children into this world — all boys — but one died as a baby.

His firstborn, Nevada Alexander Musk, suffered from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and died at ten weeks old.

Musk and his first wife Justine turned to IVF afterward and the billionaire's spawn grew rapidly.

In 2004, they had twins Griffin and Xavier, before welcoming triplets two years later as Kai, Saxon, and Damian were born.

Musk was also married to English actress Talulah Riley twice, but the couple did not have any children.

On Monday, Forbes reported that Musk, 49, was now the fifth-richest person in the world with a net worth of $74billion.

He’s in line behind Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Bernard Arnault, and Jeff Bezos.

On Monday, shares of Tesla — of which Muk is CEO — jumped 9.5 percent ahead of the company’s upcoming earnings report.

The spike gave it a 60 percent rise since June 29, with a nearly 300% increase throughout 2020.
