X Factor: The Band held it's big final on ITV tonight.

The show sees judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger and Leona Lewis help pick the next new big pop group.

Battling it out for a recording contract tonight was girl group Real Like You and boy band Unwritten Rule.

However, viewers were distracted from the pop battle by something judge Leona, 34, kept saying.

Many fans of the show noticed that the former X Factor user wouldn't stop using the word 'energy'.
