REAL estate agent shows are all the rage at the moment, and new Netflix show Million Dollar Beach House is fuelling the fire.
The show follows the tribulations of the young and competitive agents trying to flog luxury listings in the Hamptons.

Will there be a second season?
If the show is as popular as its Netflix rival Selling Sunset, a second season is definitely on the cards.
However, with lockdown delaying the filming of many TV shows, we may have to wait a while for a second season.
We'll keep you posted here for any updates on a new series.
Who will be in the cast?
Assuming a second season is confirmed, we could expect to see the Nest Seekers agents from the first season to return.
The five main realtors are likely to return, but we might see some new faces too.
The stars of the first season followed Nest Seekers agents James Giugliano, JB Andreassi, Michael Fulfree, Noel Roberts, Peggy Zabakolas.
What could happen?
After Noel secured the representation for a top-tier property, and claimed he had been rude to a prospective buyer, the relationship between the colleagues was on the rocks.
Noel said he didn't want to be involved in work-related drama, but a second season could see the pair fall out big time.
Meanwhile, Michael and JB are still best friends and we can expect to see more antics from them if a second season happens.
We may also see more of Michael's baby son Luca, who was born in the first season.
When is Million Dollar Beach House released?
