When The Bachelorette with Tayshia Adams and Clare Crawley moved from Monday nights to Tuesday nights this fall, fans were not happy. However, producer Mike Fleiss recently revealed that the show would be back to its original evening this December.

‘The Bachelorette’ move to Tuesday nights was only temporary

As all The Bachelor and The Bachelorette fans know, Monday night is reserved for roses and champagne. So, when ABC announced in June 2020 that the show would move to Tuesday, fans were shocked. However, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic shut down production for Clare Crawley’s season in March, so many fans were happy to hear the show was coming back at all.

The fall lineup for ABC includes Dancing With the Stars on Monday at 8 p.m. EST time slot, so The Bachelorette had to move to Tuesday. However, the finale for the long-running dance competition was on Nov. 23, so there’s hope for rose fans everywhere.

‘The Bachelorette’ with Tayshia Adams returns to Monday nights this December

According to show creator and producer Mike Fleiss, on Dec. 14, 2020, The Bachelorette will return to Monday night with lead Tayshia Adams. The traditional “Men Tell All” episode will air the day after, on Tuesday night.

According to Reality Steve, fans will also get a double dose of The Bachelorette the following week with a Monday, Dec. 21 finale. Then on Tuesday, Dec. 22, fans will watch the “After the Rose Ceremony” episode where the lead returns and gives an update on her relationship with her final rose choice.

Since Clare Crawley was also part of season 16, she will likely return for the “After the Rose Ceremony” episode. The first lead chose contestant Dale Moss while only filming the show for about two weeks. The couple shares photos and videos frequently on their social media accounts that make it apparent they are still happy together.

‘The Bachelor’ with Matt James will air on Monday nights in January

Bachelor Nation can rest easy knowing that their beloved show will return to Monday nights entirely in January. Lead Matt James will begin his journey on Jan. 4, 2021. Teasers already have fans excited and ready to see new and unique dates at the Nemacolin resort in Pennsylvania.

The new promos show James getting steamy in a hot tub with one contestant, and several clips making out with others. He and his eligible ladies go four-wheeling and zip-lining through the mountains of rural Pennsylvania. Although the production still can’t travel internationally due to COVID-19, it looks like they have come up with some unique dates for James’ season.
